Rivalta di Torino (TO), 7 ottobre 2011 - Avio - gruppo aerospaziale internazionale con sede in Italia, leader nei sistemi di propulsione - e BCV Investments S.C.A. - socio unico di Avio - confermano di voler perseguire la quotazione delle azioni ordinarie Avio sul Mercato Telematico Azionario organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana entro il 2012.
Tuttavia, in considerazione dell’attuale volatilità dei mercati, Avio e BCV Investments ritengono non opportuna una IPO nel 2011. Avio ha pertanto momentaneamente interrotto, ai soli fini formali, il procedimento istruttorio pendente presso Consob e Borsa Italiana.
Avio prosegue l’aggiornamento della documentazione di offerta con l’intento di riprendere la procedura istruttoria con le Autorità non appena i mercati finanziari lo consentiranno.
