Obligations under Legislative Order 196/2003 on Privacy Our company, Avio S.p.A., with registered office at Strada del Drosso 145 - 10135 Turin, carries out its human resources selection activity pursuing equal treatment between male and female subjects and without discriminating candidates on account of their sex, in compliance with Statutes 903/77 and 125/91. Under art. 13 of Legislative Order 196/2003 "Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali" (personal data protection Code), Avio S.p.A., data processing title holder, supplies every user who voluntarily fills out this on-line form, with the following information: * all data freely entered by the users shall be processed exclusively for the purposes of being notified events, initiatives and updates connected to Avio's activity; * such data shall be treated and kept affording the utmost level of confidentiality, care and diligence, in compliance with Legislative Order 196/2003 and according to the procedures laid down hereinafter. 1. DATA COLLECTION Data collection takes place through data subjects filling out this form. Collection concerns only non sensitive data, that shall be processed strictly according to the obligations, duties and purposes under item 2) hereinfater. Therefore, data subjects must not supply data concerning health status, racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinion, sexual life and any such information, as may be qualified as sensitive data under art. 26 of Legislative Order 196/2003. 2. DATA COLLECTION PURPOSES - DATA SUBJECTS' CONSENT Collection and processing of personal data are carried out by us exclusively within the scope of the request made by users, through this form, that the Company send to their E-mail address communications concerning events, initiatives and updates linked to Avio's activity and with such methods, as ensure data security and confidentiality through the adoption of such measures, as are apt to prevent alteration, deletion, destruction, non-authorized access or non-authorized or non-compliant processing with collection purposes. Data may be brought also to the knowledge of such persons, as are in charge of data processing, appointed by us within the bodies controlling dissemination of events, initiatives and updates linked to Avio's activity. In the event sensitive data are supplied (in particular, in relation to health status, religious beliefs and political opinions), Your consent in writing to personal data processing shall be required and Your curriculum vitae shall bear at the bottom the following wording: "Under Legislative Order 196/2003, having examined the information on Avio S.p.A.'s Internet website, I give my consent to the Company processing my sensitive data". Lack of consent in connection with sensitive data shall result in said data being immediately deleted. Data provision by data subjects is optional: however, failure to fill in the form in every part shall prevent Avio S.p.A. from sending any communications concerning events, initiatives and updates linked to Avio's activity. Since data subjects are liable to supply, in writing, express consent to use their data solely when these include sensible personal information (cf. art. 26 of Legislative Order 196/2003), the form shall be deemed to have been filled in upon examination of this communication and shall be deemed to represent the subject's consent to use his/her personal data, also in the absence of express consent in writing thereto. 3. DATA KEEPING Data received by Avio through this Alert Mail form shall be filed and kept in our database at our offices in Rivalta di Torino, Via I Maggio 99, without prejudice to the rights under art. 7 of Legislative Order 196/2003, as referred to in item 5 hereof. 4. PROCESSING METHODS Data shall be processed in compliance with the provisions of art. 11 of Legislative Order 196/2003 and data processing shall be carried out both manually and with the aid of electronic means. Data shall be kept in both paper and electronic files, so as to allow for either specific data or categories of data to be identified and selected. Data processing logics shall be always closely related to the specified purposes and processing shall be carried out with such methods, as ensure data security and confidentiality through the adoption of such measures, as are apt to prevent alteration, deletion, destruction, non-authorized access or non-authorized or non-compliant processing with collection purposes. 5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS Under art. 7 of Legislative Order 196/2003, data subjects are granted specific rights: * the right to be informed by the processing title holder of the existence of personal data concerning them, even though they have not been recorded yet, and to be granted access thereto in an intelligible manner; * the right to be informed of data source, logics and collection purposes; * the right to obtain deletion, anonymization or blocking of the data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as data updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration; * the right to object, whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data, also when relevant to the purposes of the collection; * the right to object, whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data, where it is carried out for commercial information purposes or for the purposes of sending advertising materials. Requests under art. 7 of Legislative Order 196/2003 may be submitted to the person in charge of personal data processing ("Responsabile del trattamento"), as referred to hereinafter, appointed by us, also for the purposes of executing any requests which may have been submitted by Data Subjects. 6. PERSON IN CHARGE OF DATA PROCESSING The position of "Responsabile del trattamento dei dati personali" (person in charge of personal data processing) shall be covered by the "Responsabile pro-tempore dell'Ente Relazioni Industriali" (pro-tempore person in charge of Industrial Relationships), domiciled for said purposes at the "sede Centrale e Amministrativa" (Head office) of Avio S.p.A. at Via I Maggio 99, 10040 - Rivalta di Torino (Turin).
