Codes and principles

Every day, in the development of ours business, we interact with the company stakeholders, customers, suppliers and public and private institutions, inspired from principles and guide values synthetized in the Code of Conduct, common to all the Societies of the Avio Group.
The Code of Conduct represents an instrument adopted in independent way and susceptible of application on the general plan from the Societies of Group in order to express some principles of "company deontology" that the Group recognizes like own and on which recalls the observance from all the Personnel, Social Organs, Advisers and Partners;

Values, principles and Code of Conduct are born from our Company, from the common job and from as we imagine and we want to construct our future Moreover coherently with own principles, receiving the detailed prescription contained in the D.Lgs. 231/2001 of the Italian law, finalized to prevent the commission of particular tipology of crimes (for facts that, committed apparently to advantage of the company, can involve an administrative responsibility from crime based on the dispositions of the same Decree), AVIO and the Italian Group Societies decided to proceed in the predisposition and adoption of the c.d. "Model of Organization, Management and Control", as aware that such system represents an opportunity to improve own Corporate Governance, picking in meantime the occasion of the carried out activity (inventory taking of the Sensitive Processes, potential risk analysis, evaluation and adaptation of the controls system already existing on Sensitive Processes) to sensitize employed resources with reference to the topics of company processes control, in order "an active" prevention of the Crimes.
The Model dictates some rules and previews procedures that have to be respected to the aim to constitute exemptent for the Society to the aims of responsibility of which to Decree law 231/2001

The Board of directors of Avio S.p.A in date March 29-2004 adopted the " Conduct Code of Avio" Group; and the " Organization Model, Management and Control, ex Decree law 231/2001" in first edition, approving the adoption in second edition in date September 23-2008.
