A.Se.A

The professionalism and passion of the people who worked with us is a fundamental value for Avio, that, in order to take care of it, relies on the A.Se.A association.

On September 12-2005 has been constituted the Avio Seniors Association (A.Se.A.) with the purpose to collect, to develop and to maintain through the time the experience and the Avio culture and to be point of reference for the younger colleagues.

The reasons for which A.Se.A was founded reside in fact that, as a result of the sale of Avio in 2003, all the personnel do not belong to the Fiat Group from 1st of October of the same year and, therefore, all those who would successively have matured to that date a company seniority at least 25 years would not have had more the possibility to enter itself in to the Seniors Fiat Group (at that time called Ugaf). In such a way it was risked to disperse the company culture not being able to transmit the multiple experiences of company life to the younger colleagues. Having also intentional to be from the foundation an element of continuity with the Ugaf, of which conserve the tradition, at the same time A.Se.A has been proposed like a new Association with a specific identity, interpreter and witness of the human and professional values that always have marked our Company. Since October 1-2003 the Social Statute allows, to the Colleagues that has matured a seniority at least 20 years in company and wishes to make it, to join our Association. The enrolment allows to approach services and initiatives and to enjoy some conventions. All this and other can be found in the quarterly newsletter dedicated to the enrolled one. Little more than three years from the constitution, our association counts 2600 enrolled till now.
